• Non-refundable shipping fees.

• Free exchanges for a different size or item if available.
• Customers pay return shipping; you cover shipping for the replacement item.
4. Final Sale Items:
• Items sold during promotions, discounts, or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Process:
• Customers must email customer support with their order number and reason for return.
• Provide a return shipping label (deduct cost from refund if needed).
6. Damaged Items:
• If an item is defective or damaged, offer a free replacement or refund after confirming the issue.
